For Drew Barker and family, ‘it’s been a tough football season’

Terry Barker, father of injured Kentucky quarterback Drew Barker, says the sophomore dealt with a lot of pain in his right leg caused by back problems. Surgery the week of Thanksgiving relieved the pain. For the Barker family, Drew not getting to be part of UK’s seven wins in its last 10 games was tough. “But Drew is happy for his teammates,” Terry Barker says.
