Highs. Lows. There were plenty of each both collectively and individually for Kentucky in the 2016-17 season. Consistency eluded UK both collectively and individually. Yet, much more often than not, the Cats found a way to victory.

Does the seller’s market just reflect spring fever coming out of a recession, or does it mean that Fayette County needs to take a serious look at how to expand its future housing pool?
