Dump truck crash blocks eastbound I-64 lanes in Fayette near Clark Co. line
An accident involving an overturned dump truck filled with sand was expected to block eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 between Clark and Fayette counties through 5:30 p.m. Thursday, authorities said.
