UPDATED, 2 P.M. FRIDAY: Saturday's United Way 5K on the Runway has been rescheduled for June 27, due to forecasts of inclement weather. Race packets will continue to be distributed until 6 p.m. today, and will also be distributed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 26 at the United Way offices in the Herald-Leader Building at 100 Midland Ave. Online registration will remain open through Thursday at 5kontherunway.com.
The race starts at 8:30 a.m. June 27. On-site registration is $35, $20 ages 6-14, free for ages 5 and younger. Strollers are welcome, but no scooters, skates, bikes, skateboards or pets are permitted. Go to 5kontherunway.com for more info.
Antiques at Shaker Village

At the Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill Antiques Show & Sale in Harrodsburg more than 50 dealers from across the country will offer period Shaker artifacts, furniture, vintage decorative arts, silver, jewelry, quilts, garden sculpture and more.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $10, $5 ages 6-12; that includes admission to the village, tours, demonstrations, activities and farm experiences. Go to Shakervillageky.org for information.

Pints for a Purpose, a benefit for Lexington Art League, is noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Best Friend Bar, 500 East Euclid Avenue.
Members of Local Potters of Lexington will sell handcrafted ceramic pints. Buy a pint and get your choice of a beer from local breweries. Pints are $15 to $35. Stick around after the event for Coralee and The Townies at 6 p.m.. Lexingtonartleague.org.
Bluegrass Families First will screen the movie Shrek at 10 a.m. Saturday at The Kentucky Theatre, 214 East Main Street. Admission is free with the donation of diapers, wipes or disposable training pants to benefit families in need.
