Make an artistic day of it in neighboring counties
The third annual ARTTOUR, a free tour of studios and art centers in Mercer and Boyle counties, is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Start at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill in Harrodsburg, which hosts five artists in residence, and pick up a map of all the sites. Bluegrass Youth Ballet brings Day of Dead alive
Estelita and her family celebrate the Day of the Dead in a small village in Mexico in the Bluegrass Youth Ballet production Dia de los Muertos. Night Market makes its November appearance
North Limestone Community Development Corp. presents The Night Market from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at 720 Bryan Avenue.
