The Unified Trust Company Ice Rink opens at 10 a.m. A Holiday Artists’ Market starts at 2 p.m. Holiday Live, featuring music by local performers, is at 2:30 . And at 6:30 , Mayor Jim Gr ay and Santa Claus will turn the key to illuminate lights on the tree at Triangle Park and all over downtown.
