Finally, it's time to get back to the gorgeous Scottish Highlands and the second half of Season 1 of this lavish drama that spans the genres of science fiction, history and adventure. Over the next eight episodes, expect more moody intrigue and, of course, some steamy love scenes between time-traveling World War II battlefield nurse Claire Randall (Caitriona Balfe) and her new husband, 18th-century Scottish warrior Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan). 9 p.m. Saturday, Starz.

Sunday: The third season of Mr. Selfridge premieres with London retail king Harry and his family attempting to move on with their lives after the death of his wife, Rose. Henri returns from war but struggles to adjust to life back at home, and an old enemy resurfaces. 9 p.m., KET.
Monday: It may not be the easiest thing to watch, but Cancer: The Emperor of All Maladies is a vital six-hour film from Ken Burns and Barak Goodman that charts the history of the disease and examines the current status of cancer research and treatment. 9 p.m., PBS.
Tuesday: Cote de Pablo (NCIS) returns to prime time in The Dovekeepers. It's a two-part historical romance about a group of courageous women struggling to survive during the Siege of Masada in 70 A.D. 9 p.m., CBS.
Tuesday: Weird Loners is a quirky new sitcom about four single people who are unexpectedly thrown together in a New York townhouse. We'll surmise that these people are weird and, also, loners. 9:30 p.m., Fox.
Wednesday: Guest-star alert: Kathie Lee Gifford drops in on The Mysteries of Laura tonight. She plays a therapist who aids in the investigation into the murder of a sailor. 8 p.m., NBC.
Thursday: Talk about a daunting task: The new drama series Olympus focuses on a group of bold men and women who challenge the ancient Greek gods as they attempt to banish them to the Underworld. Good luck with that. 10 p.m., Syfy.
Friday: On Hawaii Five-0, Grover (Chi McBride) works a highly emotional case involving a dear friend (guest star Mykelti Williamson), who might have a dark side that Grover never suspected. Could he be a killer? 9 p.m., CBS.
Friday: Great Performances — Annie Lennox: 'Nostalgia' Live in Concert. The superstar pays tribute to some of the greatest artists of the 20th century. 10 p.m., KET.
Saturday: On a new installment of Log Cabin Living, an adventurous couple leaves behind the hustle and bustle of San Francisco to embrace the exclusive Lake Tahoe log cabin real estate. 11 p.m., HGTV.
