HARRODSBURG — The former employee of missing Woodford County woman Patricia Last has been indicted on charges of possessing some of her stolen property.
Richard Kincaid, 42, of Salvisa will be arraigned Feb. 17 in Mercer Circuit Court on a charge of receiving stolen property over $300. He was indicted last week by a Mercer County grand jury.
Police have questioned Kincaid about the disappearance of Last, 65, who operated a horse farm in southern Woodford County. The last contact anyone had with her was Oct. 10.
Kincaid worked for Last for a short time in September, Versailles Police Detective Beth Thompson testified during a preliminary hearing last month in Harrodsburg.
Police recovered a trailer, lawn mower, string weed cutter, and an air compressor that had all belonged to Last. Kincaid had sold the property to another Mercer County resident.
Last's family has offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to her whereabouts.
Kincaid was also indicted on charges of theft and burglary related to a November burglary in Mercer County. Kincaid remains in the Boyle County jail.
