A Bullitt County man is facing felony charges of possessing and distributing child pornography following an investigation by the state attorney general's office.
William John Miller, 26, of Hillview was arrested last week after being indicted by a Bullitt County grand jury on March 27.
Miller is charged with five counts of receiving images and videos containing children engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Investigators say Miller intended to distribute the material by using a computer.
Miller's arrest was the result of an investigation by Jack Conway's Cybercrimes Unit, Kentucky State Police and the Bullitt County Sheriff's Department.
All of the charges against Miller are Class D felonies. He has pleaded not guilty.
