Two of the three Bryan Station High School students involved in an April 27 car crash that killed a classmate have been released from the hospital, and the driver continues to improve.
Nicolas Petit-Frere, 17, is listed in fair condition at University of Kentucky Hospital.
Meanwhile, Jasmine Marks, 16, and Kierra Fultz, 17, have been released from UK.
Police say Petit-Frere was driving a white Toyota Camry outbound on Russell Cave Road between Faulkner Avenue and Interstate 75 when the car swung into the inbound lane, went back into the outbound lane, struck a rock wall and hit a tree head-on.
Never miss a local story.
The front passenger, Nathaniel Lee Stuckey, 15, died in the wreck. Police say Petit-Frere was driving with his learner’s permit.
