A Lexington man who worked at the Express Men clothing store in Fayette Mall pleaded guilty in federal court Monday to credit card fraud.
Bradley Justice, 23, who worked in management at the store, used personal information taken from about 20 job applicants' files between March and June 2008 to open credit cards. He then used the cards to buy $8,584 in store merchandise, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Justice faces up to 10 years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced Sept. 9 in U.S. District Court in Lexington.
