A Lawrenceburg man was sentenced Tuesday to 13 years in prison in the 2008 stabbing death of a Frankfort man.
Frederick C. Graeter, 19, got 10 years for second-degree manslaughter and three years for tampering with physical evidence.
Graeter pleaded guilty earlier this year in Anderson Circuit Court to stabbing Robert Snider, 20, of Frankfort.
On Jan. 16, 2008, the two got into a fight at the Lawrenceburg Food Court, an area with several restaurants on the U.S. 127 Bypass.
Graeter used a pocket knife to stab Snider in the abdomen, Kentucky State Police said.
