A judge has rescheduled an arraignment for a former University of Kentucky basketball player charged with fraudulently selling UK basketball season tickets.
Fayette District Judge Maria Ransdell was informed by Derrick Miller's attorney that he was not present because a court transfer order had not been processed and Miller remained in Clark County jail, where he is being held on similar charges.
Lexington police have charged Miller, 42, with one count of theft by deception, a felony.
Police said Miller accepted payment in advance for tickets when they weren't available to him to sell. The charge follows the arrest of former UK star Ed Davender on Sept. 1 in connection with a similar scam.

Ransdell rescheduled Miller's arraignment for Oct. 22.
