Eastern Kentucky's Halfway to Hazard announced on its Web site Wednesday that all concerts are postponed indefinitely, and David Tolliver of Knott County is taking a break from the country duo.
"I have to take a step back and deal with some personal and family issues that I have neglected to address until now," Tolliver said in a letter to fans. He said he hoped to be out of the spotlight "for a short time," but it was unclear from the letter whether he planned to rejoin bandmate Chad Warrix of Breathitt County.
Halfway to Hazard released their second album, Come on Time, on Dec. 15 in limited quantities. It was available for download, and on CD at concerts and some local shops. More online: http://www.halfwaytohazard.com/
