Traffic could be congested near Blue Grass Airport 2-5 p.m. Sunday for the Second Sunday event. Police will direct traffic to various parking sites, and the event will be on the airport's new runway.
The Division of Building Inspection issued grading permits for the following locations from June 1 to 4: 3275 Polo Club Boulevard and 185 Walton Avenue. Permits are issued for six months and can include some blasting.

Lane closings will be at the intersection of Man o' War Boulevard and Liberty/Todds roads to allow for the rebuilding of that intersection. Lanes have been reduced to one through-lane in each direction on Liberty and Todds roads.
Cox Street is closed at Main Street and is expected to reopen Sept. 1.
MAJOR TRAFFIC IMPACT
The right curb lane of the inner loop of Man o' War Boulevard will be blocked between Helmsdale Place and Mapleleaf Drive through Friday to widen the road.
Various lanes of West Vine Street will be closed between South Broadway and South Limestone for construction work, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6 p.m.-6 a.m. if necessary. Two lanes will remain open, and work is scheduled to be completed by June 25.
The inbound and outbound left lanes and turn lanes of North Broadway will be blocked between West Fifth and West Sixth streets from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday for utility work.
Three lanes of North Broadway will be blocked between West Fourth and West Fifth streets from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., keeping one lane open each way. This is for utility work.
SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC IMPACT
The westbound lane of East Loudon Avenue will be blocked at Eastland Drive through Thursday, and the southbound lane of Eastland Drive will be blocked at East Loudon Avenue through Friday for utility work.
Lanes of Georgetown Road will be blocked one lane at a time between Newtown Pike and Douglas Avenue through Friday for cable work.
The right inbound lane of North Broadway will be blocked between West Fourth and West Third streets Tuesday through Friday for pavement repair.
Transcript Avenue will be blocked between Elizabeth Street and Press Avenue from Tuesday through Friday for pavement repair.
The left side of West Fourth Street will be blocked between North Broadway and Newtown Pike 8 a.m.-4 p.m. through Friday for cable work.
The left lane and sidewalk of West High Street will be blocked between South Limestone and South Upper Street through Saturday for pavement repair.
The right inbound lane of West Main Street will be blocked between Cox Street and West Vine Street through June 25 for cable work. The right inbound lane to Jefferson Street will be blocked, then switch to the left inbound lane.
The parking lane, sidewalk and left travel lane on East Main Street will be blocked between North Limestone and North Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard 9 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. through June 15 for the downtown streetscape project.
The far right inbound lane of East Main Street will be closed between Walton Avenue and Bell Court through Thursday to replace the sidewalks.
Pine Meadow Road will be closed between Summerville and Pinkney drives through June 18 to replace sewer lines.
The right inbound lane of South Limestone will be blocked between Cooper Drive and Transcript Avenue through June 18 for sidewalk and curb work.
The northbound curb lane of Elm Tree Lane will be blocked at East Third Street through July 16 for work on the Lyric Theater.
On Thursday, the inbound lane of Versailles Road will be blocked between Robertson Avenue and Pine Street. On Friday, the outbound lane of Versailles Road will be blocked in the same location to hang banners on light poles.
The westbound lane of West Main Street will be closed between Jefferson and Old Georgetown streets through Friday for infrastructure repairs.
