Nearly 5,000 people were affected by a power outage Tuesday morning in Lexington.
Power has since been restored.
Kentucky Utilities officials said a blown fuse in a substation caused 4,870 customer to lose power at 7:19 a.m. The Harrodsburg Road area, including Beaumont Circle and extending to Man O' War, was affected.
About half of the customers had power restored by 8 a.m. The rest of the area's power was restored by 9 a.m.
