A Wayne County man was charged after allegedly using a pitchfork to assault his neighbor, Kentucky State Police said Wednesday.
Peter Krauss, 65, confronted Lloyd Sheppard, 46, who was inspecting property markers from a recent survey of his land on Ky. 1619, according to a police report. Krauss owns the adjacent land.
Sheppard received a stab wound to the left hand from the pitchfork, police said. The confrontation was reported to police about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
