Project Graduation 2010, a non-profit parent volunteer organization, is seeking monetary and prize donations for its alcohol-free and drug-free lock-in celebration for the 2010 graduates after commencement ceremonies. Project Graduation keeps graduates safe and secure and provides a place to celebrate with a night of games, prizes, music, and food.
To make a tax deductible monetary or prize donation to the event, mail checks payable to Woodford County Project Graduation to WCHS Project Graduation 2010, 180 Frankfort Street, Versailles, KY 40383. A tax ID letter will be mailed to all donors.

Girls Scouts Ride Rails
A group of 543 Girl Scouts, troop leaders, and parents from ten Kentucky counties visited the Bluegrass Railroad Saturday, November 21. The Scouts explored the railroad museum, posed for photos in the L&N caboose, sang songs, and played games before their train ride. During the train ride the Conductor talked about the history of trains and led the girls in singing "I've Been Working on the Railroad" and other railroad songs.
Santa Claus will visit the Bluegrass Railroad riding the train and visiting with the children Saturdays and Sundays, December 11, 12, 18 and 19. The museum will then close for the winter. Call (859) 873-2476 or visit www.BluegrassRailroad.com.
