Lancaster Receives Award
Mark Lancaster was recently awarded the J. T. Coomer Memorial Transportation Director of the Year Award at the Kentucky Driver Trainer Association Conference held in Louisville. Lancaster oversees a fleet of fifty-six Woodford County School buses. The award is presented annually to the person whom the Kentucky Department of Education considers to be the top transportation director in the state.

Scouts Achieve Eagle Status
Four boy scouts from Versailles Troop 14 were named Eagle Scouts during an honor ceremony on July 27. Achieving this status were Richard Singleton, Travis McHenry, Josh Bunch, and Bill Votaw.
