A tractor-trailer wreck on Interstate 75 Thursday injured the driver and blocked both sides of the highway for hours.
Marvin Sizemore, 73, of Richmond was traveling south on the interstate in a 2010 Kenworth tractor-trailer when the truck ran off the right side of the road, went up an embankment and crossed back in the southbound lanes, slamming into the concrete divider between the southbound and northbound lanes, state police said.
Police said it isn't clear why the crash happened, though no alcohol or drug use is suspected.
Sizemore was taken to the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, police said.

His condition was not available Thursday afternoon.
The wreck happened in northern Rockcastle County shortly after 8:30 p.m. Police blocked both sides of the road for a time to clean up the wreck, detouring traffic at Mount Vernon and Berea.
Both sides of the road were reopened by early afternoon.
