A Tennessee man died Monday after being involved in a single-vehicle crash near Carrollton over the weekend.
Michael S. Anderson, 30, of Parsons, Tenn., was driving east on Ky. 36 9 miles east of Carrollton at about 6:30 p.m. Friday when his truck left the road and traveled over an embankment, hitting a tree, state police said.
Anderson, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by helicopter to the University of Cincinnati Hospital, where he died early Monday.
