■ Copper Roux, 861 South Broadway, the new venue from Bayou Bluegrass chef Matt Falcone, is offering his annual Mother's Day Brunch. ■ Hudson Hollow, 13 Carson Place, Frankfort, will have a Mother's Day brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will include everything from scrambled eggs to smoked ham to trifles. $19.99 for adults, $8.99 for ages 12 and younger.
