The Headley-Whitney Museum will celebrate its current exhibit, Stitching Art: Designs From the Lexington Fashion Collaborative, with a reception and fashion show 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
The event will include works from participants in the exhibit, which showcases fashions and images from more than 25 Central Kentucky designers and photographers.
Designers featured in the exhibit are: Soreyda Benedit Begley, Naomi Connor, Dalphna Donnelly, Claudia Emounge, Lanette Freitag, Elizabeth Galacia, Alyce Grover, Headturners, Lindy Huber, Madison Jones, Monica Magdangal, Jeuarlet McClanahan, Heidi McKenzie, Jacques Mugnier, Mary Nehring, Polly Singer, Tonya Vance, Christina Vo Vargas, Cathy Vigor, Jennifer Wesley and Laverne Zabielski.
Participating photographers are Brianna Cottrell, Anna Esposito, Gloria Ferreira, Rebecca Flanery, Mary Rezny, Liam Spradlin and Jim Tincher.

Sunday's event at the Museum, 4435 Old Frankfort Pike, is free. Donations will be accepted at the door, and proceeds go to the museum and the Lexington Fashion Collaborative. RSVP to (859) 255-6653.

Spring trunk shows are in full swing. Here are a few of this week's offerings.
