James Snowden and Randy Terrell have closed their shop Finderskeepers Market on Walton Avenue and have opened a new store, Fable + Flame, at 522 West Short Street.
Taking their cue from customer requests, "we're going to be more focused on accessories at this new location and less on furniture," said Snowden. Design services will also still be offered.
"We are going through a process of rebranding and re-examining our business," Snowden said.
Among the plans: launching a Fable + Flame product line in spring 2015.
Never miss a local story.
"The name came as we started to develop the product line," Snowden said. "'Fable' is a simple story about extraordinary things, and that is what we hope to be."
"Flame" refers to the selection of candles Snowden and Terrell were known for at Finderskeepers and will carry in their new shop.
Store hours are 11 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Find Fable + Flame on Facebook.
