Red State Barbecue is now serving breakfast, and if it's anything like lunch and dinner, you'll want to be late for work.
Joey Borders and his staff are curing and smoking bacon, grinding the sausage, and flipping hash browns on the flat-top grill.
"I can honestly say the only thing we don't bake in the building is biscuits," Borders said. "I'm not a baker, but I spare no expenses on the best Pillsbury biscuits."
The morning menu includes breakfast burritos and egg sandwiches.
Never miss a local story.
Hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Red State is at 4020 Georgetown Road. Call (859) 233-7898.
