Health department presents 2014 Public Health Hero awards to Lexington minister, baby health program

The Rev. Willis Polk, pastor at the Imani Baptist Church, and Baby Health Services, 1590 Harrodsburg Road, each has been selected as a 2014 Public Health Hero by the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department's Board of Health.
