$1.2 million campaign announced to expand Arboretum's visitor center, create endowment

The Arboretum Legacy Campaign was announced Sunday during the annual Friends of the Arboretum meeting. Longtime donor Dorotha Smith Oatts pledged a $350,000 challenge grant.
