A Simpson & Company Painting Contractors warehouse, 204 Normandy Court in northern Jessamine County, was destroyed by fire Wednesday afternoon. Kevin Baker, deputy fire chief for Jessamine County, said flames and smoke were pouring out of the roof when he arrived.
