We have another cold front pushing through the region early today, bringing colder winds for the next few days, according to WKYT chief meteorologist Chris Bailey. These winds may spit out a few festive flakes, but nothing substantial is expected.
From here, the pattern starts to become much more active, and that may lead to an increased threat for wintry weather leading up to Christmas.
Very cold also may settle in for Christmas weekend. Look ahead on Bailey's weather blog.
