■ Orangetheory Fitness, a group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training, is opening a new studio in Lexington at 2369 Richmond Road, Suite 120. Two local female entrepreneurs, Amy Bassel and Stephanie Cronk, own the Lexington studio. Bassel has 20 years of experience in management and client relations at companies such as Burger King, Compass Group and Aramark. Cronk has spent more than 20 years in the health care industry in both clinical and administrative roles. In addition to the Lexington studio, the duo are the area regional managers for Cincinnati, and Bassel currently owns two studios in Sacramento, Calif.

■ The Kentucky Career Center in Georgetown has relocated to 100 Technology Drive, Suite 2, from 1000 West Main Street. The new location is fully operational with the same hours and phone number as the old office.
