■ Dan M. Rose, J. Mel Camenisch and Richard H. Mains have formed a law firm, Rose Camenisch Mains PLLC, with offices at 326 South Broadway. The firm will concentrate its practice in the areas of business law and transactions, corporate law, securities, banking and finance, commercial lending, commercial real estate and business disputes. H. Derek Hall also has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Hall's practice will be focused in the areas of corporate transactions and commercial litigation. Hall is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and valedictorian.
■ Enderle & Co. has changed its name to Enderle Besten Dieruf, PLLC to include Chris Besten and Andrew Dieruf, who became partners in 2013.
■ The Glenn Automotive Group is relocating Glenn Nissan South from 2159 Lexington Road in Nicholasville to its Glenn Auto Mall at 3360 Richmond Road. The move is expected to provide a larger inventory and wider selection of vehicles across its 11-acre property. Other on-site services will include detailing and window tinting, and two certified Glenn Collision Center locations.
