A CEO, a retired master distiller and a long-ago bourbon maker whose name now represents a huge brand are some of this year's inductees in the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame.
Thomas J. Flocco, president and CEO of Beam Global Spirits and Wine Inc., will be inducted into the hall with Edwin S. Foote, the retired master distiller of Old Fitzgerald Distillery and later Bernheim Distillery.
Evan Williams, considered the first distiller in Kentucky, arriving in the 1780s, will also be inducted.
The inductees will be honored Friday afternoon at a reception.
The annual Kentucky Bourbon Festival begins Tuesday and runs through Sunday in Bardstown.
