Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network/United Network for Organ Sharing: David E. Burgio of Lexington has been elected as a patient and donor affairs and voluntary health organization representative on the organization's board of directors. Burgio is a board member of Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates. He is a kidney recipient since 1996.
