Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati: Donald R. Ball, co-founder and chairman of the board of Lexington-based Ball Homes, has been appointed to a three-year term on the FHL Bank's 2010 Advisory Council. The 15-member council provides guidance to the board and staff on housing needs and programs that will enhance the bank's affordable-housing and economic development programs in Kentucky, Ohio and Tennessee.
