The World Trade Center between Main and Vine streets downtown will soon have two new tenants — a national clothing retailer and a New York-style deli.
Jos. A. Bank Clothiers will locate on the building's corner at Vine and Mill streets and plans to open in time for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, said Andrew Kaye, senior vice president at Madison Capital, which owns the building along with the Webb Companies.
At the corner of Broadway and Main will be Main Street Deli, a family-owned business that has operations around Washington D.C. Kaye said a child in the family is enrolling at the University of Kentucky, and the family decided to open a location here.
The restaurant hopes to open in August, Kaye said.
"We have a lot going on in the commercial tenant side," Kaye said. "We hope it's a catalyst for the World Trade Center and for Lexington."
