Kentucky Bank: Kevin Welsh has been named to the Kentucky Bank board of directors for Clark County. Welsh came to Winchester in 1987 with Coors Biotech and stayed through the transition with Martek Biosciences when they purchased the facility in 1995.
Jackson Kelly: Laura P. Hoffman has joined the firm's Lexington office where she will practice in the litigation department.
