The Kentucky Department of Agriculture is looking for new artwork for the state spay/neuter specialty license plate. A portion of the revenue from sales of the plate goes to fund spay and neuter programs throughout the state to reduce the number of unwanted dogs and cats.
Designs can be up to 11 inches wide and five inches tall. To submit a design, send a digital entry to email@example.com before Jan. 15.
There is no compensation for the winner.
Four designs, along with the current plate designed by Linda Kay Davis of Morehead, will be selected and put up for a vote at www.kyspayneuter.com next year.
