Center for Rural Development: Les Fugate, former assistant secretary of state, has been named executive director and chief operating officer. Emily Phillips of Monticello has been named community liaison and for the organization.
Emergency Nurses Association: Beverly Hart, professor of baccalaureate and graduate nursing and RN-BSN coordinator at Eastern Kentucky University, has been appointed to the committee that will examine national issues relating to emergency nursing practices, emergency care and matters of the association.
