■ Richmond resident Mary Ousley will be receiving the American Health Care Association's prestigious Friend of Quality Award. The award will be presented at the closing general session of AHCA/NCAL's 62nd Annual Convention & Expo on September 21 in Las Vegas.

■ Janie Olmstead, owner of Images Model & Talent Agency, Lexington, was recently honored at the IMTA (International Modeling & Talent Association) convention's 25th year anniversary celebration in New York City. Ms. Olmstead was one of four founding IMTA members who have successfully participated for the past 25 years.
