■ The Kentucky Distillers Association inducted Four Roses Brand Ambassador Al Young into the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame during the 2011 Kentucky Bourbon Festival.
Each year, the Kentucky Distillers Association selects recipients for the Bourbon Hall of Fame based on their contributions to growing the spirit domestically and globally and elevation of Kentucky bourbon as a world-class whiskey.
Young's experience in the bourbon industry spans four decades beginning in 1967 with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons Inc. As Young's career progressed he gained knowledge and experience at several of the Seagram Distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana and ultimately settled at the Four Roses Distillery in 1990.
