Women Leading Kentucky will begin its Winter Roundtable Series Jan. 17. The theme of this year's series is Couples Making a Difference in the Bluegrass. The first roundtable networking luncheon is Jan. 17 and will feature Eli and Mary Lynne Capilouto, who will speak about their work and their recent move from the University of Alabama-Birmingham to the University of Kentucky. All roundtables begin at noon at Sal's Chophouse, 3373 Tates Creek Road. Networking and registration begin at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $35 a session, or $100 for the three-session series. The American Advertising Federation Lexington has issued a call for entries for the 2011-12 AAF Lexington ADDY Awards competition. All entries must be received by 5:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Lexington Herald-Leader, 100 Midland Avenue. Entry fees are $65 for members of AAF Lexington and $95 for non-members.
