■ Engineered Heating and Air has been awarded GEOPRO Master Dealer Status by WaterFurnace International.
The award is given to WaterFurnace dealers who have demonstrated a commitment to training and a high level of customer satisfaction and achieved the national high sales volume level required.

■ Joseph L. Fink III, professor of pharmacy law and policy in the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, has been named the recipient of the American Pharmacists Association's 2012 Linwood F. Tice Friend of APhA-ASP Award. He was selected for his dedication to the advancement of student pharmacists and for his work with the UK chapter of APhA-ASP.

■ Jim McKeighen has been named the 2011 Good Neighbor award recipient by the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors. McKeighen has been a member of LBAR for 24 years and a volunteer at God's Pantry for six years. He has also served on numerous historic and preservation committees as well as his neighborhood association.
The Good Neighbor Awards program recognizes Realtors who are improving the lives of others through volunteer work.
■ Schumacher Homes, a national home builder that builds houses in Lexington, has received the 2011 National Housing Quality Award at the International Builders' Show in Orlando.

■ Lexington small-business owner Helen Rades has been awarded the 2011 Quest for Excellence award by CK Franchising, the franchisor of Comfort Keepers, a worldwide company with more than 600 independently owned and operated offices in the United States and abroad. This award identifies the top performing Comfort Keepers franchise owners in the United States who achieved top revenues and top growth and maintained excellent operational standards in 2011.
This will be the ninth year in a row that Rades has been recognized for stellar business performance in the area of non-medical in-home care for seniors.

■ Casey Weesner, a Realtor with Weesner Properties, has been named the 2011 Realtor of the Year by the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors. Weesner has been a member of LBAR for nine years and has served on the board of directors for three years.
He is the founder of LBAR's Young Realtors of the Bluegrass, a graduate of Leadership KAR and has served on several KAR committees. He participated in the weeklong Global Village trip to Alabama to help rebuild homes after hurricanes Katrina and Rita slammed the Gulf Coast. He also volunteers his time to help the Realtor-Community Housing Foundation and the Hope Center.
