Solid Light: Eric Whitmore, a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Architecture, has joined the Louisville-based exhibit experience and design firm as an exhibit architect.
Shrout Tate Wilson Consulting Engineers: Kevin Euga, mechanical engineer; Billy Gadd, plumbing/fire protection manager; Wes Harville, mechanical project manager; and Steven Hughes, electrical project manager, have joined the firm.
Center for Rural Development: Kelly Joplin has been named the local philanthropy specialist for the Appalachian Rural Development Philanthropy Initiative. Joplin will work with community leaders and local organizations in the center's five ARDPI pilot counties — Bell, Clay Knox, Magoffin and Whitley — to create and build rural community philanthropy foundations.
Kentucky American Water: Kevin Kruchinski has been named a production superintendent for the company's central division, which includes service areas in parts of Bourbon, Clark, Fayette, Harrison, Jessamine, Scott and Woodford counties. In this role, Kruchinski will be responsible for KAW's two largest water treatment plants: the Richmond Road Station and the Kentucky River Station I in southern Fayette County.
MML&K: Ellen Williams, former chairman of the Republican Party of Kentucky and owner of Capital Network, will join MML&K's team of government affairs professionals.
