■ KentuckyOne Health is providing access to primary and specialty care for residents in some of Kentucky's most under-served counties through two new Virtual Primary Care Clinics in Powell and Wolfe counties. These clinics provide convenient access to primary and specialty care and serve as viable community-based health care providers in these markets.

The federal government's Social Innovation Fund and the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky funded the clinics. They are staffed by nurse practitioners, nurses and office coordinators, and utilize telemedicine technology to collaborate with physicians and specialists.
The program is modeled after the Eastern Kentucky Mobile Health Service that served Morgan, Wolfe and Lawrence counties for more than seven years.

Access Vans has 13 employees and was founded in 1997 by Marcus and Mardel Smith. Superior Van & Mobility has been a family owned and operated business since 1976. It has seven locations in Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee with about 70 employees.
