The CastlePost Restaurant is scheduled to open Friday to the general public.
The menu is “prix fixe,” which is a collection of predetermined items presented as a multi-course meal at a set price. The price is $55 per plate if you choose one selection each from three courses, or $66 per plate if you choose one selection from each of six courses.
An 18 percent gratuity is added to all checks.

Amuse-bouche (a single, bite-size hors d’oeuvre)
Second Course (Pick one of three)
Ahi tuna carpaccio: chili oil, shaved radishes, microgreens, preserved lemon vinaigrette
Butter-poached lobster canneloni: heirloom tomato consomme, saffron threads, baby arugula, lemon thyme
Kentucky beef tartare: with fried capers, quail egg, dijon, fig vinegar, pea shoots
Third Course (Pick one of three)
Kentucky heirloom tomato gazpacho: with seared blue prawn, corn relish, nasturtiums
Foie gras torchon: sourdough croustade, white peach and lavender preserves, pickled baby turnips
Baby arugula: pommerey vinaigrette, duck confit, pine nuts, poached duck egg, crispy shallots
Fourth Course (pick one of three)
Seared sea scallop: served with Meyer lemon sabayon, prosciutto crisps, shaved asparagus salad
Foie gras-stuffed duck breast: served with fennel salad, toasted fennel vinaigrette, chive oil, radish greens
Kentucky dry-aged strip: served with fingerling potatoes, mousseline, housemade Worcestershire, crispy kale
Sixth Course (pick one of two)
Lemon curd tart: with blackberry lavender coulis, fresh berries, Grand Marnier whipped chevre
Chocolate mousse: with almond lace cookies, candied walnuts, ice cream

$66 – Six course (choice of one from all courses)
