Farmers Capital Bank Corp.: Hollie Still has been promoted to vice president, corporate compliance/BSA officer. Leizel Miles has been named executive vice president, chief credit officer for the Frankfort-based bank holding company.
First Security Bank: Lance J. Lawrence has been named senior vice president and market executive for the company's Lexington region. Lawrence, who has been with the bank for the last two years, leads the banking team for the market. Ryan M. Cooper has been promoted to vice president and commercial loan officer.
Traditional Bank: Mike Haggard has been promoted to Commercial Loan Officer at the bank's Palumbo Drive Banking Center.
