Lexington's Country Boy Brewing has made it to Tennessee.
With an official release Thursday at the Nashville Home and Garden Show's Beer Garden, Country Boy is on tap now in Music City, with canned beer expected soon.
Country Boy's popular Cougar Bait Blonde, Shotgun Wedding (a vanilla brown ale) and Peckerhead IPA will be distributed in Tennessee by craft beer distributor BountyBev.
In the next few months, Country Boy beers will become available in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Memphis.
Country Boy is distributed throughout Kentucky and Indiana. At its Chair Avenue brewery and taproom, Country Boy regularly has 12 to 15 beers on tap, including Cliff Jumper IPA, Amos Moses, Black Gold Porter, Knotty Pine IPA and a German Gose-style wheat beer.
Since opening in 2012, Country Boy has expanded from 30 barrels of fermentation capacity to more than 250 barrels.
