Keeneland: C.R. "Chip" McGaughey has joined the staff as a sales associate. McGaughey gained experience in racing through his father, Hall of Fame trainer C.R. "Shug" McGaughey, and while working as an inaugural Brand Ambassador for America's Best Racing, The Jockey Club's initiative to introduce young people to the sport. McGaughey will begin his duties with Keeneland on Feb. 1.
