Lexington's newest Raising Cane's celebrated its grand opening on Jan. 8. The company's 10th store is located at 2030 Harrodsburg Road, at the site of the former Spring's Inn. Celebrating the grand opening, which happened to be on what would have been Elvis' 80th birthday, were Bill Kelly as Elvis and Lexington Mayor Jim Gray (pointing).
