Consumer Economics Summit will be May 6 in Cincinnati. Consumer spending, behavior and attitudes in the wake of the Great Recession are the focus of the inaugural summit. Speakers: Loretta J. The Kentucky Work Ready Communities Best Practices Summit will be 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. April 29 at the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Central Office, 300 North Main Street, Versailles. Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Crit Luallen will be the keynote speaker. The summit is free and is designed to help communities that want to improve their economic development potential by working toward Kentucky Work Ready Communities certification.
